At Guitar Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new gear, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on most instruments and accessories. If your instrument doesn't feel or sound quite right, we are here to help you find the perfect replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack your instrument in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, hangtags, and accessories to ensure it arrives safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
